Parking on site is $5.00 + tax daily

  • A parking pass will be provided at check-in time. If the parking pass is not properly displayed, your vehicle will be towed.
  • Large trucks, campers, RVs, and/or trailers are not permitted.

A refundable security/damage deposit of $119.00 USD is required upon arrival with a Credit Card.

The security/damage deposit, after inspection & at midnight of your check out day, will be released. Depending on your banking financial institution and you are using a Debit Card, these funds can take up to 10 business days to be available in your account. If you bank with a credit Union or foreign Bank, these funds can take up to 30 business days to be available.

No refunds will be issued for early departure.

The same card used to make the reservation must be presented upon Check-In time along with a Government issued ID.

We can receive packages at The Link Hotel on Sunrise; however, the items must be under the same name as the reservation holder in order to pick them up. You can send 2 packages, no more than 3 days prior to your arrival date. Due to the limited storage space, please be mindful of the items you send. We will refuse delivery of the following items: Baby strollers, baby cribs, heavy machinery, furniture and large and heavy packages. Any additional packages are subject to a $5.00 fee per package. Packages received more than 3 days prior to your arrival date will be denied. All packages must be picked up at the front desk and identification must be presented. The Link Hotel will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Our amenity fee is $18.00 (tax included) per day
